Short stops at creameries and artisan food shops: chocolates, confectionery, ice cream and refined pastries.

Afternoon - Take a stroll along the quays to aid digestion, discover a place dedicated to violets, the emblematic flower of Toulouse, before sampling a fragrant sweet or an artisan liqueur.

Day 2 – Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val and its surroundings: from the farm to the market

Departure for the green valleys of Aveyron for an immersion in the heart of the region. Depending on the season, visit a farm cheese producer or a honey producer. A picnic by the water becomes a veritable country feast.

Day 3 – Limogne-en-Quercy: the black gold of the Lot

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of black truffles with a visit to a truffle farm and a demonstration of truffle hunting. The experience ends with a guided tasting, where the aromatic richness of Quercy's black diamond is revealed in all its subtlety.

Day 4 – Cordes-sur-Ciel: culinary traditions

In the medieval town, meet a foie gras artisan producer and discover the ancestral art of preservation. The tasting, in an authentic setting, ends the day on a note that is both rustic and refined.
